droid x pictures

When I download pictures to my PC, I have sent these pictures which appear OK on my email but no one is able to open them. What am I doing
WRONG?

Welcome, it doesn't appear that you're doing anything wrong at all. Perhaps the emails are corrupted during the sending process? Try a different email service?

I too have a Droid X and I haven't had the same issue that you have reported.

Perhaps its simply a procedural issue since there are so many options and ways to accomplish things like this.

I'm sure the good folks in the Droid X forum link that AndroidSPCS provided might have also encountered the same issue and can help you with a resolution.

Just so we're straight on this ...

You take the picture using your phone's camera and then you copy those photos to your PC. You then send an email to someone with the photo as an attachment. When they get the email, they see the attachment but can't open it.

What email client are you using and are the recipients using a similar setup as you?

^^^ if that is the case, why not just email the pics to whoever directly from your phone?
