Anybody else get a DroidDoes shirt from Verizon? I thought it was a weird but nice gesture. I guess Verizon does care about its customers.
Got mine today, along with a 25% off coupon for in-store accessory purchase. I imagine they are all size L, but if anyone gets a XXL and wants to trade for an L, let me know.
Yeah nothing like buying the phone in the first few hours it was available to end up not getting anything. (extra) YAY for early adopters.. we get to be the test bed for troublesome problems. (Phone switching from speakerphone audio out to earpiece when vol. cranked all way up, GPS Rcvr. going apeshit, and then returning to normal on its own, Focus issues, random self powerdowns).
How do you get these shirts? Did Verizon just send them out randomly or is everyone who bought a Droid getting one?
I'm assuming that they are giving them out in the store when you buy a droid? If so I'm going to go to my store and show them my phone and demand a shirt!!
scored one too! Very nice gesture, long sleeve for the cold days, smart! Got a L, barely fit, motivating me to go back to gym... I ordered my droid at the verizon kiosk in BJ's, new verizon customer. Everyone else sound off where you bought it and we'll figure out why some did and other didn't. Now, off to flebay them coupons...
NO FAIR!!! I WANT A SHIRT TOO!!! I was at my Verizon store bright and early on the 6th, I deserve a shirt as I don't like being anywhere bright and early. Oh, it was worth it though, but I still want a shirt.
I received mine in the mail, and I also didnt go to Verizon for my Droid I pre-ordered from Best Buy... Maybe they are giving it to the early birds that couldnt wait especially because we were basically testers.
Existing Verizon Customer Walk-In Official Retail Location purchase Friday morning of release date. Didn't pre-order online, but was one of the first in Louisville with one. I'm wondering if online pre-order was a requisite to get the free t-shirt.
I am a screenprinter, I will look into the legalities and maybe do a few shirts for us here on the forum. Maybe the forum people can ask for permission and I would be glad to do some... ( for a small fee of coarse and with the proper permissions ). I cut some small stickers yesterday... for my own personal use. I will post a pic up later. Got my shirt and coupons today, like the looks of the docking station and the body glove, but shirt Large and I ain't! So anyone want to trade a large for a Xlarge? I do like the looks of the shirt, I will have too see if stores have them! I think my wife wants my L shirt, she has been eyeing it on my desk!
