Help Dropbox

Really simply question. Photos I've uploaded to my Dropbox are removed from the my gallery. How do I move them back from Dropbox to my gallery?

Get yourself a file explorer like EStrong browse your dropbox folder then cut and paste

i am new to the smart phones and I don't know where my dropbox is or how to create one. Please can you address me to the instructions. cant find them!
