    When I try to open some files, which I transferred from my PC, in my drop box I get this message " Can't open ACCOUNTS.odt Please download an app that can open this file " What app do I have to download ?

    You might also have some better luck with whatever software is already on your phone if you save your files in a more widely-supported format. OpenOffice (or LibreOffice or whichever office suite you're using that's saving in OpenOffice's format) can save in plenty of other formats. MS Word .doc (not .docx) format might be your best chance.
