dropped phone

[Android Question]

i own a droid razr the orignal one and i happened to have dropped it screen down and there is a few cracks but everytime i try to go unlock the screen or to even check the time the screen stays black but the touch screen buttons light up like it works. what can i do to fix it. or do i need a new phone?

Sounds as if it might need a new screen, but it could be just the glass that's cracked and a connector inside came loose. Bring it in and get a repair estimate. Then decide whether it pays to put that much into that old a phone. (If it's just a loose connection it won't cost much.)
