So I have a rooted eris and I really want to run EE2 but I'm kinda dumb as to installing it, I know there has to be a very dumbed down how to on this? I know there are a few things you have to do before you can install the ROM, making a recovery point and partitioning the SD card? They should make a ROM for dummies book for this stuff lol.

Any help would be awesome guys

OK. From the command prompt, navigate to your android-sdk\tools directory. Once in the tools directory, type "adb shell". What happens?

Do you have the phone in debug mode?? If so, then....
Do you have the ADB driver installed on your computer??

If not, install HTC Sync and it should work.

Otherwise ADB won't be able to see your phone.
