Help Duplicated music..

Ok, So I just transfered all my music to my sd card. I made a folder "Music" and put everything in there.

Now it says that I have the right amount of artist, but I do not have the right amount of albums.. iTunes says that I have about 100 more albums that are not on my magic. I copied all the music again from my computer to my SD card and made it so it wouldn't replace anything that was already there so I didn't have to wait for the sync.

Also I am noticing songs are coming up as duplicates. When I check the folder for that album there are not any duplicates..

Could you guys help me solve this annoying problem?
