Yep I'd also love an app like this.

I'd add ability to export the library so that I could also browse it on the PC.

There was one called DVD Profiler that I used on the PC that had a whole online database for cover art etc and barcode lookup, but as there wasn't a mobile version it wasn't as useful. Really want it with me out shopping when I see a DVD in the sale and wonder if I've got it or not.
