E-mails randomly deleting on the Hero Default mail app

Hey guys,

Has anyone experienced their e-mails randomly getting deleted on the default Hero Mail app???

Its sooooo annoying, all my e-mails on the Hero are gone now. Its not even in the trash folder. Luckily its still all on my Hotmail!

Has anyone got a fix for this?? Or is it suppose to happen?? lol

I don't know if this will help or not. Do you use an email client? I have outlook set to delete mail from the server once it is downloaded. Then the next time the phone checks for email there is none on the server, so all my email on the phone disapears.

Check the settings in the Hero email client - you can set the "age" of emails to download. For example, I have mine set to 14 days.....if you have an email in your inbox older than this, it will be removed from the email app (but not deleted).
