Anyone got any opinions on the games EA have released for Android, the ones that Handmark have for sale for $8? Are they crap Java ports or actual decent jobs?

I'm curious as to why these aren't on the Android Market?

Would be curious to see reviews of these myself, too. A SimCity game on my phone would be fun!

Way too expensive. How much are they on an iPhone?

yeah, IMO $8 per game is a bit nervy to ask for. $5 would be my limit...
I'm not cheap but there has to be some lunatic in their pricing department?!?!
I just came over from WinMo and I don't remember the games there being so steep.

Oh, and C&C would be awesome... haha, gonna need a bigger battery though if that game hits this platform, I will be spending even more time on the Hero, lolz...

I wonder if the Hero has caused any marriage issues yet? hahaha

    Anyway, just my opinion.

These prices are normal for iPhone games from EA.

Based on that review I would take a RTS that fixes/addresses the biz model and quality issues too. ;-)

Some of the early games were crappy Java ports (Bejeweled, Sim City Metropolis) but the newer ones (Scrabble and Yahtzee Adventures) are much better. Hopefully they have someone specializing in Android since the software is capable of much more than they're getting out of it.
