ear phones are not working after rooting samsung galaxy ace

    i have rooted my samsung galaxy ace s5830i
    which is gingerbread 2.3.6 into jellybean 4.1.1
    but after conecting ear phone the ear phones are not working
    how can i solve this

    You can't "root a phone into" anything. Rooting is putting a missing file (su) in one of the system directories. (And installing SuperSU or SuperUser, so that su can ask you whether to grant root to a program that asks for it.) It has nothing to do with the earphones, since earphone output doesn't require root to work.

    I assume that what you did was flash a rooted 4.1.1 ROM to your phone. It may not be the ROM for that model phone (the 5830i isn't the 5830), there may be something wrong with the ROM, the earphone jack just may have chosen that time to fail ... there are a lot of possibilities. The phone has to be opened and the signal has to be traced from the motherboard to the earphone plug to see where it's being lost. We can't even get enough information online to make a wild stab in the dark.
