I am curious to know something, is the earpiece when someone call's you, where you hear from? That piece, is it removable with out damage or has anyone tried? I've babied my phone, & their's some aluminum stuck in their, plus it seem's loose. I don't want to get another one shipped to myself because, as I've heard, the first phone you're gaven is the original/authentic. The second & other's are just refurbished one's given to you. I don't want used/frefurbished ones. Someone reply I am curious to clean & atleast try to fix this aluminum stuck in their.

Can you take a picture of what you're talking about? If something's loose inside there shouldn't be.

It's just the ear piece in general that's alittle movable, & the aluminum is like.. bothersome too. I wouldn't know how to remove it. I've tried so much, no other options I don't want the crap to tamper or screw it up, how much i've babied my phone.

You mean the little screen/mesh material piece that's there. If it's loose it's loose. If you can live with it, that's fine. But it's not supposed to be loose and the only option to not violate your warranty is to get it replaced. Personally I'd get it replaced, with the amount of stuff that gets into it just from your pocket you're asking for significant build-up over time. The other concern is that metal piece eventually making contact with stuff that it shouldn't.

C'mon, we've all replaced our Xs here at some point ;)

    Moved to support. :D

I had to replace my DX b/c of a bad usb connector. The replacement was as good as new.
