Earpiece quality

I'm getting a buzzing kind of vibration or noise when on phone calls and the other party is speaking. If I turn down the in-call volume a few levels from max it gets better, but at max volume it's almost like the sound is distorted from the vibration. Anyone else experiencing this, or should I look at exchanging my phone?

I thought it was just me but apparently not. Mine does the same thing.
