I have an Ascend that hasn't been used in months and I gave it to a friend. She had it activated and for some reason the earpiece doesn't work now. I am absolutely certain it worked when I deactivated it and it's been sitting in the box ever since. I factory reset it before giving it to her and it's currently running 2.2.2. The speaker works and the headphones work, just not the earpiece. I've checked every setting I can think of! Any ideas?
