Help Easily switching between 3g and 4g

I'd like to turn my 4g off and use 3g to save power, but I want to easily be able to switch it back quickly if I want to stream YouTube or something like that.

- Is there an app that does this??
- Does anyone else do this, and if so, what are the drawbacks?
- I'd imagine that it doesn't affect phone calls too much, right?

I am rooted on BAMF 3.0 RC4 and the MR2 radio.
