Found this over on xda thought I would post it here. I am running it, and it works great, easy to install too.

This is the method I used and it was very easy and well laid out. I'm also using Scott's Clean Tool, and I have Sense turned off. Yes, I want s-off and custom roms but this phone is already so much better than anything else out there.

Just FYI Better Temp Root is built into the CleanTool Now.
