I am noticing that when ever I speak on my phone I hear an annoying echo of my own voice. I am not using any case on the phone either? Any suggestions?

I have had that happen and it was a problem with the way the phone was configured, Tech Services fixed it.

I have also been able to fix that by turning off Noise Cancellation.

Ok, noise cancellation did nothing. I did narrow it down to something with the mic hole next to the charging port. If I cover that mic hole the echo disappears. Thoughts?? Anyone?
