eclipse can't load properties file, help please !

Hello guys, this is my second post over this problem, last one got 100 views and no reply..

my problem is whenever I create a new project in my error log it says "Failed to load default properties", I reinstalled jdk + jre + android sdk and reconfigure eclispe 3 times, didn't work, still got the same problem. please help I'm really stuck here and need this to work for my project .

Can you describe your problem in more detail?

Try to change your eclipse workspace.
