You can search in the market for a video trimmer. There should be a couple, and just choose one of the free ones, and then trim it to get the good part. Then try sending it.

Thanks I will give it a try. I miss the editor that was on my Droid X...I was very surprised and disappointed when I realized that the TB didn't have a vid editor.

I did this accidentally once too! The video was too big to email to anyone. I could not find a way to convert or cut the video on my phone. I ended up uploading it to youtube as private, and emailing the link.

Another option is to upload the video to dropbox, in a shared folder, and select who you want to share with. This Is what my iphone friends do, since I can't view iphone vdeos on my Android.

You can watch iPhone video...just open gmail through the web browser and save the videos and open in a free program called Rockplayer.

I tried that. I used Rockplayer and 3 other video conversion apps. None worked for me.

You can try VidTrim. It is a good app. I can't remember if it is only in the Pro version or not, but there is a compression option to help reduce the file size.
