Help editing your folders on your homescreen

got my SE S on thursday and wonder if anyone could advise me how to rename the folders and can you add a pic like the IPhone has

iv got about 10 folders and would like to name them and edit so i can go straight in without flicking about

Open the folder and tap the name.

Don't know about adding pictures though without a app from the market.. Though I do forget the name.
Desktop virtualize? Maybe..
