Hey, new to smart phones but already got mine "Star Trek'd" out (complete with tricorder)
Just checking out the site to learn new things about it since there is a LOT I dont like about it

Well for one Im a musician and when ever I start working on a tune I like to send samples/demos to my friends via text and cant do it on this phone unless i record... FOR EACH PERSON grrr

Why would you have to re-record it for each person? LoL. I'm not familiar with the built in sound recorder but there should be plenty of others in the market. Don't quote me on this but there should (and if there isn't, there should be!) a multi track recorder in the market. You record your layers, mix it and then save it to your sd. Then you shoot everyone over an e-mail.

thats not what i mean. in my studio ill out together a small sample about 30secs long and compress it to around 300k and put it on my old phone under "my_sounds" then I can text that to people as a sound message that could be used as a ringtone or sent with a pic
