However I cannot seem to get my Avatar image to show even minimizing the PX with Photoshop? Any ideas?

i think theres an option you have to toggle to get it to show up if i remember correctly

Nah, in my user CP I have the option to upload or link.....I upload a pic which is 100 x 75.

Are you certain your upload path is solid? If so... the size is acceptable.
You might try logging off of the site and then returning. Sometimes it has to load for the first time. I'm clueless if it's beyond that. Have fun.

Uploading off my HDD, pretty certain...Lol. I wil try uploading to the "cloud" and see if that works better.

Yeah, even through Photobucket the same image is not showing? Is there a minimum limit of posts before it will show?

no it shows as soon as you do it hang on lemme look into it

Logging in and out did not work -.-

ok go to user cp edit profile pic and make sure you saved the image to your computer in a file or folder then go down where it says option 2 upload image from computer then do that and that should do it hope this helps
