Email address for HTC support?

    I want to email them with a few issues I am having - is there an address or is it a case of using the form on their web page?

    I used the form on their website and I got a fairly quick responce - within 12 hours or so.

    Cheers, was that the customer support one? There doesn't seem to be one under technical support.

    I'd imagine it'll be a stock response:

    hard reset.

    Indeed. Twas ever thus - you know it won't solve it, and it causes a load of hassle (backups, restoring settings, etc.), but you have to do it to satisfy them :rolleyes:

    Off topic - is Sprite Backup or MyBackup Pro better? Both cost $5, I used to use Sprite on WM and it was very good but have seen MyBackup Pro recommended here...

    I know new stuff has teething problems, but it would be nice to feel that support were there to actually, y'know, support! ;)

    By the way: you can set almost everything up with wi-fi. I had to do it when Orange sent me a bad sim with the handset.

    I think HTC need to seriously think about setting up an Android specific support area. The platform is getting bigger than the devices now.
