Thank you in advance for any replies and suggestions.

I received my Incredible a few days ago. I am very pleased with it and have no complaints. Like many, my battery runs low fast, my signal bar stays at 1 bar and 3g has yet to display brightly on my phone (it shaded gray), unlike the Moto, but call clarity is impressive and as I continue to season the battery, I anticipate better longevity.

Anyhow, my concern is with receiving emails. I am not getting emails from AOL on my phone like I did on my Motorola. I have to actually check the mail folder and use refresh option to see any emails I may have gotten. Its not a huge deal but I would prefer to receive the notification that an email has arrived, just like when I get a text, call etc. I have the settings set up to receive notification in the bar as well as with a tone. I get neither.

Anyone else experienceing this issue and if so, how do I remedy it. VZN customer service has no cure.

    Thanks again for the replies.
