Hi, I have 2 simple questions:

    • How can I setup message filters for email? I don't want my spam either downloaded, or to be shown (what ever is easiest). It all has the header [BULK] attached the the subject line. So, it might look like this [BULK] Viagra etc... Can I set up an email filter to not download or automatically download all mail with [BULK] at the front

    • How do I remove contacts from my favourites list on the 2nd screen (to the right). I accidentally added a number as a text shortcut, whereas I want it to be a call shortcut. However, I can't figure out how to remove an individual contact from it.
    Cheers :)

Does your mail provider not automatically filter spam? My yahoo mail does and all spam goes into a separate spam folder.

No, it's for my work email and we're hosting our own email via a VPS on Plesk and I'd rather not turn off "Send Spam to Trash" in case a client's email is wrongly flagged as spam.

How about K-9? Does that have some sort of filter rule I can set up to send flagged messages to trash?

I don't think so. I've just had a look through the settings on K-9 and I can't see anything.

Could you maybe adjust your trash folder settings so that messages are not permanently deleted until you've checked for any client email?
