Email help please!!!

Weird thing with wifes phone. Starting today her gmails have been showing up in her hotmail (default account) on her phone. Not only that, you cannot open or delete them. If I try and delete one I get an error that says:

The application Mail (process.htc.android.mail) has stopped unexpectedly

everytime. It's really annoying. Help.

A hard reset is the only fix for software related issues like this.

You can also just restore it to factory preset.
