    Hi,

In the Android email app (not gmail), when I am on the screen that lists all the emails in a folder, there is a vertical blue bar on the far left of each entry. Does the blue bar signify anything (read, unread, etc)? Will it change color or disappear based on status or actions?

Thanks for the help. I couldn't find the answer by searching the forums, nor by reading the .pdf Android manual section on the email app.

It's just a visual reference based on the account. I have three POP3 emails and the first is assigned blue, the second, red and the third, green (actually some odd teal, but greenish for argument's sake). When you are in that email account's inbox, it will show the color associated with that account. unread mail is bright, read mail is dim.
