Define "not syncing". It shows on the server if you use an email program on your computer but not on the phone? It shows on the phone, but not if you use an email program on your computer?
POP3 account or IMAP account? (POP3, with "delete from server" enabled, will show data on the phone, but not on the server using an email program, since it deletes from the server as soon as the phone gets it - or the other way around too - won't show on the phone if the email program gets it.)
