Support Email not visible after forward

    Hi all

    When i forward a mail from my mobile (exchange account) to a user who's on a pc then the email isnt shown. Have searched everywhere in the settings but can't seem to find it. When i do it with my old s2 it it shown without any problems.

    This is on the s2 when i receive the message on my computer:

    Van: ***** david <*****@hotmail.be>
    Datum:
    Aan: Nick ***** <nick@******.be>
    Onderwerp: RE: Offerte Aanvraag Viniet 8/15


    This is on the s4. You can see the email isnt there. This means i can't reply on it here anymore cuz i'm lacking the email.

    What protocol are you using to receive? Is the program set to delete emails from the server?

    I'm not sure what you mean by protocol for receiving but it's basicly just forwarding a mail from my mobile to a user that uses outlook on the computer. The emailadress is as you can see not shown when i do it with an s4.
