Help Email Notification Display

So I have my phone set to make a sound when I receive an email, but when it does go off, the phone display does not light up. I'm pretty sure I turned this off at one point, but now I want it back on and I can't figure out how to change the notification settings for this specific thing. Thank you!

Phone only lights up for call and sms! you will need an app to make screen wake up for rest! I dont remember the app that i used to have...
