Help Email notification doesn't work on filtered emails

Question for Xperia Arc S:
I am using Outlook Rules and some of my email are being sent to different folders and because they're not staying in Inbox I don't get a notification that I have new mail.

I would appreciate some advice.
Only thing that comes to mind is using a different Email App from a standard one. Any suggestions?
