Support Email problem

    Hello, wondering if anyone can help me, I have recently purchased a Google Nexus 4, it is running Jelly Bean 4.2.2, I am having trouble setting up my work exchange email on the device. I have copied the settings directly from my other device and double checked them all. I get right to the end and it just displays the message

    Check the master sync is enabled. I can't remember where it is in the settings, but on the power bar widget it's the second icon from the right. I'm sure I've seen similar questions asked in this and the N7 forum, and it turned out the upgrade had disabled the sync for some reason.
