Samsung S-4
My emails from cox.net appear on my Phone and on my Microsoft Outlook on my home computer. After reading on the Phone, I delete the email. It goes into "Trash" on the phone and sycs with the Outlook on my computer. The Trash remain on the Phone but on the Home Computer and on the COX Webmail, the Trash is deleted every after two days. I was told by COX that the email settings need changing on the Samsung S-4 to tell the server to leave all deleted/trash email on the Server. How is this done?
