Emails

Hi All,
got a new desire and set up my email (blueyonder).
When I receive my mail on my phone I can no longer read the emails on my PC. Is there something I can do so I can get them on PC aswell as phone ?

in the mail app make sure delete from server (or something like that) isnt ticked in settings.

If you go to Mail and select the offending account. Press Menu and select "..." then Settings. Chose Send&Receive and you should see a "Delete mail on server" option. If its ticked then that's your problem as it will remove the mail from your email server once you download them meaning that they wont exist for your PC to pick up. Just make sure it is unticked and back out. Strange though if this is the problem as I thought the default was for it to be unticked.

Hi,
thanks guys, I've already tried that and it still happens.
Strange thing is, if I go online to virgin media, the emails are still there, so I know they are not being deleted from server.
Not sure if this was a phone issue or isp problem.
