empty entire delete folder from my outlook account

I have the android razor --- I am trying to delete over 1000 "deleted" messages from my phone, Is there an easy way to do this or do I have to delete each message one at a time? I have tried to delete a group at a time, but that is taking an enormous amount of time as well. Is this something you can assist with
