Root enabling mobile data toggle

so i was digging through my phone and i came across this apk "toolbox.apk" and it had all the toggles that are displayed in the notification and i saw that there is a data toggle i was wondering how can we enable it??

You would probably have to edit the SystemUI.apk and a few other things get it working.

Sometimes people like you need to remember that someone already thought of what is going thru your head that's why Google is your friend.
In this case it's the Google play store. And make it easy on your self and download notification toggle

If you go to settings/display uncheck notification settings and you will use only the new notification toggles you just downloaded
