What do you mean "engraved app"? You've used that as a title in more than one thread, but as a matter of English it doesn't make sense, so I suspect that "engraved" is not the word that you actually mean.
When you say "won't go away" do you mean "runs continuously", "can't remove it from homescreen" or "can't uninstall it"?
