Is it safe to remove this system app?
I don't know if it was transferred by a virus
Right now I have KingRoot to remove it from my phone
360 Security and CM Security identify it as malware or something

WELCOME TO ANDROID FORUMS Yuudachi !

If possible (not knowing which device/phone you have),I recommend getting this app from the Google Play Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=darkslide.com.supersumepro&hl=en
It basically installs a well known & trusted Superuser (rooting) app & will remove all of the Kingroot apps & its associated malware.
Read the instructions carefully,as the steps/method to use this app will vary depending on which version of Kingroot you used to root your device.

EDIT/BTW:
Also,in the future, avoid installing any of the "cleaning" apps & in particular, anything from Cheetah Mobile.
There's others & virtually all of them do the exact opposite of what they claim & even harm your phone, slowing it down & draining the battery, not to mention installing spyware/malware.
