Could any harm be caused to the phone or battery by using the charger from my old EnV touch with my thunderbolt?

From what I can tell from the label(not that I know what any of this means but it might help you all), the htc charger runs at 200mA input and 1A output, the touch charger runs at 200 mA input and 0.7A output. So it sounds like it might work fine just a charge little slower. Anyway any response is greatly appreciated.
