Epic 4g on Cricket, No internet HELP!

I have flashed many droid dx,dx2, etc but this one has me puzzled i can seem to get my phone to connect to the net i get 3g logo some times i see up/down but i goto browser and nothing and i get the voice mail error cant download untill net is working, im on Eggs2.3.4 rooted CWM3x cricket $55 Android plan i have done PRL,QPST settings m.ip my#@mycricket.com pw cricket (Simple I.P) and (M.ip) nether work im at a loss ppl any help would be great
