I keep getting this Error 101: Visit T-Mobile.com/securelock. Something to do with Fierce XL. I can't get into my phone. Please help.

Assuming T-Mobile is your carrier. I suggest you call their customer service.

Yes, and thank you but I wasn't able to even use the phone.

Well, you could use a landline or another phone - I keep my old phones if they're still working OK so I've always got a usable phone to put my SIM card in if my daily driver dies.

  5. What phone do you have, did you or someone else flash non-stock firmware to it? This error is a security protocol from T-Mobile if it detects the firmware has been modified. The fix would presumably be to flash it back to stock if this is the case. However the only references I can find to this error are several years old and the link to the securelock site is no longer valid.
