Help Error 10102 LDAP with Email after reset

I was having trouble with my Galaxy s3. I did a hard factory reset. After the main set-up, I tried to add my Yahoo! mail. I got a Cannot connect to server and another error : 503 10102 LDAP lookup failed. It won't allow me to add the email, when in fact i was working up until the reset.
When I pulled up my market, all the previous apps started loading automatically. They reset was supposed to make the phone like it was when first powered on, but it definately did not do that.

I already tried *228 and it said the sim was registered
