Error / Faulty bank sms

Hi there, I keep getting a faulty bank sms for about a year now. Every time I get a normal text / sms, this sms error keeps coming through. Ive taken the phone to my SP but they tell me its an error with the phone and cannot be fixed.

There must be a way coz this has never happened before so there must be a reset button or a way to delete this error sms for good. I feel like throwing this phone against the wall.!

What kind of on me do you have?

You could try doing a factory reset and see if that helps. Make sure you back up everything you don't want to lose first though.
