What does this mean and how do I fix the problem? It comes up whenever I try to call any number. I have tried calling with WiFi turned off but it doesn't help. Anybody got any ideas?

Video calling via 3G and WiFi working fine for me.

    What firmware are you running?

Have you got a strong 3G signal?

Does your service provider support video calling and is it enabled?

I haven't tried Video Calling, I don't really have a desire to use that feature anyway it's just normal phone calls that won't work...

I've got the latest firmware installed :
    PDA:KG1 / PHONE:KF3 / CSC:KG1 (OPS)

The 3G signal is a bit dodgy, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not.

My service provider does support video calling but again, that's not the problem I have. I can't even call the Recharge service and check my credit balance!

It's alright everyone, stop panicking, I fixed my problem. Turns out a certain application was still running in the background and preventing calls from being made. I'm still not sure exactly what application it was but all I know is that the issue has been resolved. Yay.
