error message

My Htc has crashed, it comes up with the following message and there are 3 green men at the bottom. Each time i press vol up or down or power nothing at all happens. It will not let me select anything . I really want to get the information / numbers from my phone.. is there anything i can do to recover this? many thanks

If the volume buttons are not working to allow you to choose an option, I would call their customer service line and see if they have a solution.
