Help Error with battery history

The phone was last charged 2 days ago but on the battery graph, it shows a little of charging in the middle but I never even charged it. Anyone else seen this behavior?

Does it actually show charging (green line at the bottom of the graph), or just a slight increase in battery?

Remaining battery is never 100% accurate and always just a best guess so it's possible the phone recalculated how much charge was actually left an displayed the correct figure? I've seen it happen a couple of times on my Nexus 4. It's normally only a couple of percent increase.
