When I go to set up the Exchange ActiveSync Settings on my new Evo Shift, I get an error that reads, "Failed to create the account. Please try again later." I keep trying again later, but I keep getting the same results. Any advice?
Are you using the default email client on your EVO Shift? Or are you using a third party email client like Touchdown? Can you access the Internet on your phone without issue?
It sounds like your email client is not properly validating your username when it connects to the remote Exchange server.
