every Pittsburgh Verizon store sold out

Called 3 stores today all sold out, all said about a week. The girl at the last store I called offered to check every Pittsburgh store stock and call me back. She called back and said every store was out, the closest one was in Greensburg, they had 1 left and its 40 minutes away !

I have to go to a Verizon store because I have Palm Pre I have to return to a Verizon store... Called a local Best Buy and they have them in stock - but I am not at the 2 year renewal, so it was a no go...

However, I called customer service. AND THEY WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL ! They are FedExing me one tomorrow, and I can return the Pre after I activate the Incredible.

go to best buy. They are easier to deal with(and dont have to wait 2 hours). Verizon was out but best buy had them.
