    Greetings,

There's been an ongoing problem with the mail app.

A number of message subject lines remain in the inbox after the message has been deleted. The message body is deleted, however. I've cleared the cache, which has remained grayed out since. Quite oddly, message subjects from some months ago suddenly reappeared, so the data is sitting on the phone somewhere.

The only solution offered by Sprint is to delete the user account and add it back, which is getting pretty tedious. Apparently there's no way for them to escalate to HTC.

    Your suggestions will be appreciated.
