evo running slow

My phone is running real slow. I had it wiped at the sprint store got home and started getting my apps back on the phone. It was still running slow I got the app. linpack and o my i'm as slow as grandma with her pants down. 33 flops. in 2.33 sec ran it like three times. I wiped my phone again thinking I had to many apps. It did not help. I had ATK and deleted it cause I found out that this app can slow your phone down did not help. I'm out of ideas. please help
